I've used FatCat Removals now four times over the last four years. They have always provided an excellent service and I have recommended them to numerous friends. Richard is incredibly helpful and either alone or with his colleague (often his son) they are efficient and offer a great price.

I happened upon Richard while he was moving someone out of a building near to mine. His customer without prompting gave him a glowing verbal testimonial and I took his card. Roll on a few months and he managed the impossible: to move us three days before Christmas. My husband travelled up with him and spoke about how efficient and helpful they were in making what had seemed impossible, possible. Nothing was broken and previous objects arrived in one piece. He was then very patient as I struggled to pay, the very reasonable cost, remotely. Thank you.
Richard moved myself and my husband twice in 4 months, once out of a flat into storage and the second out of storage and into a house. He is absolutely brilliant. Incredible patient, helpful, efficient and kind. Incredible value for money and gave me one less thing to worry about over what was a very stressful time.
Richard (and his family!) went the extra mile after my husband hid our camera in the cab for safe keeping and forgot about it. But Richard made sure it got back to me through his son.

Absolutely great service. Richard came at my place well in advance to be able to give a precise quote. The price offered was in the lowest I received, but I had the feeling that I could trust Richard more. Everything indeed went very smoothly, Richard was punctual, helpful and kind, which is soothing when the stress of moving kicks in. He also has a great conversational, which is a blessing if you travel with him. Excellent value for money, definitely recommend!

Richard helped me out with very little notice after being let down by a larger corporate removal company , I cannot fault his work , he came the same night to do a quote , moved all my household belongings the day before Xmas Eve , 3 days after quote !!
